The Back Office Medical Assistant program gives students an introduction to clinical skills, medical specialties, anatomy and physiology as well as medical terminology. The course prepares competent entry-level medical assistants in the cognitive (knowledge), psychomotor (skills) and affective (behavior) learning domains. This course will equip students to assist licensed medical professionals with patient care in various medical facilities.
